Overview

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the admit cards for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2026 Tier I examination soon at its official website. The exam is scheduled to be conducted across various centers in India starting from August 2026. Registered candidates can check their application status and download their admit card region-wise from the official links.

How to Download SSC CGL 2026 Admit Card Online

Candidates can download their admit card by following the steps below:

1. Visit the main website at ssc.gov.in and click on the "Admit Card" tab.
2. Select your respective regional website link (e.g. Northern Region, Western Region, Southern Region).
3. Click on the notification "Download Admit Card for Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I), 2026".
4. Enter your credentials:
   • Registration Number / Roll Number or Candidate's Name & Father's Name
   • Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
5. Solve the verification captcha and click "Search" / "Download Status".
6. Save the PDF and print at least two copies on A4 sheets for exam day.

Important Instructions for Exam Day

Candidates must bring the following documents to the exam center. Failure to do so will result in disqualification:

1. Printed Admit Card: Clear, black & white or color copy showing photo and signature.
2. Original Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, E-Aadhaar print, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License. The date of birth on the ID card must match the date of birth on the admit card.
3. Recent Photographs: Two passport-sized color photos.
4. Face Mask & Hand Sanitizer: (If advised by guidelines).

Note: Rough sheets and pens will be provided inside the examination lab.
